I purchased a 2016 gmc 2500hd in 2023 at hadwin-white, I also bought a bumper to bumper 4 year warranty, but every time I tried to get service for any problem I got the run around even being told that it was not a bumper to bumper just an insurance policy. I received discount oil change deals in the mail, but when I went to use them I was told it was not for my truck, funny that my truck id was listed on the paper along with my name and I was charged more than advertised. Just had my old Subaru repaired (major work) called for a quote and simply got the best service manager I've ever dealt with. Up front with all estimates and had the work done in a timely manner. After several phone calls to other dealers, I decided to go with these people no mater what just because of this managers phone professionalism. Very satisfied with the outcome so far.
Excellent service department. Very efficient, they scheduled it. We’re willing to give us a local ride until the work was done, called us when it was finished and we drove away a happy customer.

The experience was wonderful. Candler was so knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose. It was very refreshing because most dealerships don’t have staff that know much about the vehicle I am interested in purchasing. Candler was a breath of fresh air. He listened to what I wanted and was so helpful. It took a few days to secure my loan because my bank loan officer was out of town and they held the vehicle for me. Drove my 2015 Enclave to Hadwin White with no A/C this morning. What a kind and efficient service staff. They found that the rear evaporator coil had a leak and needed be replaced. A four hour repair gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. Now it’s working great and the bill was Reasonable. Thanks Derrin and service department!

They found the nail in the tire and sealed it. Had my oil changed and checked for other features to be looked at. They were unable to find the problem in the steering wheel why it jerk when at a complete stand still. This never happened before. Was unable to find why this was going on.

Had a very difficult time trying to get driver side windshield wiper replaced under 12k mileage...only been out 23 days 😢. I even had to talk with Derryl..service manager to get a $10 dollar discount. Very bad policy for GM and especially for Hadwin White when I bought this 2023 Terrain from you guys...we are Talking $10 ...to make a loyal customer extremely unhappy...unbelievable for this to occur!!!!

In town for a golf trip and had issues with tailgate on my truck draining battery. They were able to get me in and fixed quickly so I could return home the next day.
Two other dealers turned me away and calling Kensley told me she could help. Got taken care, a warranty and a rental. She was amazing. The whole staff was incredible, I was stranded and from out of town, made me feel cared for.

The whole experience in the service department has been second to none. Mike has been super. Every time I need service the entire process has been very efficient from the service desk to the technicians to the cashier. Keep up the good work.
The first trip, they didn't have the part so I made an appointment for the next monday. The took me to my volunteer job,fixed my car and picked me up when it was done. They were very nice and everything went well the second time.
Had an oil changed and tire rotation. Very timely, they protected the truck interior, kept me informed, and did not try to sell me anything that I did not want, and reset the TPS and oil usage.
Service took longer than normal. When i checked oil, there were oil stains on the engine. Sloppy work.
Never felt pressured while looking at the car. My salesman Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at.
The overall experience was pretty easy and smooth. Special shout out to Michael Smith -Product Specialist for making the whole buying experience hassle free. There were no mandatory additional dealership costs for any add in services on top of the Car price unlike other dealers dont know for whatever reason say the additional services were mandatory to buy. Would definitely recommend the dealership for anyone interested in buying Buick/GMC/Subaru vehicles.

I can say with a fair degree of certainty that no one likes to deal with mechanical issues with their vehicle, especially when the repairs are expensive or the part is vital but on back order. John Martin is the best car salesman ever! We have purchased 5 vehicles from him over the past several years. He is honest, personal, and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t purchase from anyone else. He really goes the extra mile each and every time to make sure all your questions are answered, and you feel comfortable with your purchase.
I got a gas can nozzle stuck in my fuel fill. The rear wheel and number had to be removed to access it. The mechanicals tried to use compressed air to get it out but a new fill had to be ordered. When it came in, they quickly scheduled an appointment and fixed the issue. Mike at the desk was FABULOUS. He was a great help and is a wonderful ambassador for your dealership.
Our salesman, Candler Willis, helped us choose the best vehicle for us. We drove 3 different models before we bought the Buick envision.
I brought my Crosstrek in for service a few times, and no issues; however, when it came to repair some suspension parts, even though I knew the problem, and even though they already suggested to me that the part(s) needed to be replaced from a previous multi-point checkup, they still charged me a $150 road test fee!
They said they would credit me back if/when I had the service performed. That was very sneaky.

Kim was my appointment coordinator and shared the fact that my Acadia had a "steering assist reduced drive with care message". Further, the tech, Zoli Papp determined the thermostat needed replacing and normally would cost ~$1,200 but my GMC was under warranty and will cost me zero (0) once the part comes in a few days to Hadwin-White.
We just purchased a new car at this dealership for the first time. I was very pleased with the staff were not pushy and seemed very sincere and honest.
