Everyone is so friendly and nice, genuinely concerned about your visit and work hard to make make sure you are taken care of. Mike is the best. After the service on Friday, I hit a dog with the side front on Saturday. Monday I drove back to the dealership to order parts, Steve the parts manager took care of everything, even went out to my vehicle and got down on his knees to make sure everything looked ok and all parts were needed after ordering parts on Monday the parts arrived on Tuesday. Great service

The service tech, Michael Bomgardner, was great. We had to get a replacement engine for our 2014 GMC Denali and it took 8 weeks to do but Mike totally kept us informed and quarterbacked the entire effort to get this done. He did a great job!

Great People to Deal With and Friendly Staff

Took my car to the body shop after a crash in severe weather. I’ve only been living down here for two years, and already had two crashes where I’ve had to take it to the shop. Went to a body shop in March in myrtle and they kept my car for 5 months was quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. This experience however was the complete opposite and very refreshing. They had my car for no more than 3 weeks. I can’t speak for the car sales, but the service department and manger there was fantastic. We were traveling on a vacation to the beach when the thermostat on our car started sticking. We called their service department that afternoon and they immediately assisted with everything we needed via phone and set us up for an appointment on the day we were leaving. The service manager was very knowledgeable, understood exactly what was going on with the car, and even mentioned the car should be under the factory power train warranty. How many service departments would even do that? ...

Collision Repair Center If I could give 6 or more stars I would. The entire process from start to finish was beyond my expectations. The repairs that went in to restoring my truck back to show room finish are astonishing. This all could not of been possible without the professional approach that Brittny who is the Collision Center Consultant took including making sure i had a suitable rental during the repairs. She made the entire process simple and stress free. Thank you sooo much to the entire crew!

Came here a few times to get my vehicle serviced. Mike in the service department is a great guy , very helpful and does all he can to make sure your satisfied with the work and cost. Definitely 5 star in my book.

Britney and Bob are greatly helpful and very responsible. They care about customer and offered the best customer service possible -- I felt lucky that I chose to fix my car at Hadwin-White, and even when things gone south un-avoidably (not Hadwin's fault), Britney always kept communication through and Bob took immediate action when possible. We really appreciate the service department taking the time to check our vehicle an hour before closing. They were thankfully able to troubleshoot and fix a problem quickly so we could get home from our beach trip. Everyone was very friendly and we are grateful for the excellent service. I was super Impressed with the work that the collision center did on my car!! Someone backed into my drivers side back wheel and it looks like brand new. They refinished my rim and fixed my dent above. They also gave me a brand new bumper and I got in and it smelled clean and was vacuumed out. During the whole process Brittney was amazing and I loved how they keep you updated the whole time everyday. The enterprise guy was really nice and him and Brittney made my experience super easy and made me feel good.

Great customer service and body work! I got rear ended in my work vehicle and did not have the estimate from the repair company since it had gone to my corporate office. Instead of telling me to come back when I had it, the gentleman at the desk made a phone call to the insurance company and got the estimate for me. It was a life saver to me at the time and highlighted them going the extra mile. Got my vehicle back with the repairs done perfect. A very smooth experience.

My Bumper to Bumper extended warranty that I had purchased with my SUV, originally was not going to cover a wire that connected the passenger airbag and many other digital items that came up on dash board, along with 2 key FOBS that did not work since I purchased the vehicle. I spoke to my salesman about this issue and they took care of everything for me. I am completely satisfied and so glad I bought my vehicle from Hadwin White.

scheduled an appt. for oil change and tire rotation with service center. got there at 8am, I was greeted promptly by staff. I was quickly checked in and left my Yukon so they could complete the work. Got a call within the hour that my Yukon service was completed. Easy process and customer service was excellent.

My experience was great, John was extremely helpful with my purchase. Any question that I had all the staff members were extremely accommodating.

We contacted HW Buick/Gmc to purchase and install RV mirrors on our GMC truck. They quoted a price, ordered the mirrors and we took it in. It turned out to be a much bigger job than they anticipated. The mirrors listed for the truck required power connections that our truck didn't have. They purchased the power cables, and worked for 3 days to get all of the options to work. In the end we had nicer mirrors with all of the light options working. They never strayed from the original quote! Well Done!

Awesome is overused these days, but its a word that fits Hadwin-White Subaru. Sales Manger Dan Fleming, Sales Associates Tyler Martin and Dan Colbert as well as Business Manager Tim Colbert assisted us with professionalism and friendliness. They were all totally at ease when explaining important information about the pre-owned Impreza we chose, and the process involved. Credit approval took less than 10 minutes! Interest rates can't be promised (credit score matters, after all) but the low interest rate mentioned at first as possible, was delivered. I went to this dealership as they had a specific vehicle I was looking for used. The sales associate, Johnathan Martin was kind, courteous, and responsive.
