Children's Recovery Center
The Children’s Recovery Center (CRC) is a nonprofit organization offering child advocacy center programs in Horry and Georgetown Counties in SC. We provide forensic interviews, medical examinations, and caring advocacy for children suspected of having suffered sexual abuse. At the CRC, the child comes first.
Boy Scouts of America Troop 887
The Boy Scouts of America "prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath." Youth are trained in responsible citizenship, character development, and self-reliance through participation in outdoor activities, educational programs, and career programs.
Make a Wish Local SC Chapter
The Make-A-Wish Foundation is a nonprofit that helps fulfill the wishes of children with a critical illness between the ages of 2½ and 18 years old. Make-A-Wish was founded and headquartered in Phoenix. The organization operates through its 59 chapters located throughout the United States.
U.S. Marine Corp Toys For Tots
The mission "is to collect new, unwrapped toys from October thru December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to needy children." The stated goal is to "deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, and patriotic citizens."
Christian Mission Outreach
Christian Mission Outreach Myrtle Beach is a non-profit food bank serving the needy of Horry and Georgetown Counties. We rely on the monetary donations of individuals and businesses to help us provide food boxes twice a week from our mission. We fill large boxes with canned and boxed foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, milk, breads, and frozen meat.
St. Andrews Taste of The Town
St. Andrew Catholic School hosts the Taste of the Town. Since its inception in 1984, the exciting culinary event has brought in hundreds of locals and visitors each year to sample a vast variety of food, wine, and dessert from its many competitors. Area restaurants compete for best entree, best dessert, people’s choice and several other accolades during the event.
Grand Strand Humane Society
Grand Strand Humane Society exists to improve the quality of life for animals by providing shelter and care to the lost, homeless, helpless and unwanted animals of our community. We focus on finding adoptive homes for our animals, providing low-cost veterinary care to the public, and through community involvement and education further the bond between people and animals.
Grand Strand Miracle Leagues
Miracle League began with a simple thought: that parents of kids with disabilities should have the same opportunities to create treasured memories with their children as parents of typical kids. We all imagine a long, exciting list of things we’ll do as we raise our kids, and many parents’ dreams for their children are built around activities like dancing, music recitals, team sports and first trophies.
SOS Care SC Disability Services
We are a direct service provider that empowers those with intellectual disabilities to thrive. We offer programs, camps, activities and classes that teach the life skills needed to live as independently as possible. We can provide guidance, programs, resources and support to those diagnosed, and their families, so they may seek comfort in knowing their child can have an independent future.
Compassion Through Fashion
For the fashion show, individuals and groups representing local businesses, organizations, or simply a group of friends, create fun, inventive, original ensembles using unusual materials. Fashions must be made from at least 90% of approved recyclable materials.
Hope For The Day
Empowering the conversation on suicide prevention and mental health. The primary obstacle to suicide prevention is the silence of stigma. Stigmas are social and cultural factors that try to dictate how we express ourselves and compel individuals to be silent on their experiences.
The Fidelis Foundation is a program that currently works to provide Equine Assisted Learning for youth who have experienced traumatic events. We provide support and encouragement to children to help them gain confidence and trust in themselves and others.
Salute to Education
After 52 consecutive years and over 655 awards to top academic students and teachers in Horry County, the Salute to Education program continues to meet a great need in our area schools, thereby increasing enthusiasm, motivation and performance standards.
American Heart Association
The American Heart Association is an organization that funds cardiovascular medical research, educates consumers on healthy living and fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke.
A Night of Hope
Hadwin White was SO Proud to help out Make A Wish with World Wish Day! Myrtle Beach High School hosted a free performing arts show with all donations benefiting Make-A-Wish South Carolina.
Palmetto Literacy Council
We are a nonprofit, tax-exempt, volunteer organization. We are literacy advocates, providing 2 hours each week of free tutoring for school-age children to adults who struggle with basic reading, writing, and math.
Hadwin White covered $75 of an animal’s adoption fee for the first 25 adopters to mention the Puppy Classic :)
Freedom Readers began in October 2009 with one person’s dream of seeing smart, articulate young people reach their full potential. Our founder decided that instead of focusing on the shortcomings of our youth, she would attempt to unite the community around children’s strengths.

Founded on the principles of charity, unity and fraternity, the Knights of Columbus was established in 1882. Their intent? To bring financial aid and assistance to the sick, disabled and needy members and their families.

Supports include residential & vocational programs, activity centers, early intervention, personal care aides, durable medical supplies, nursing services, assistive technology, behavioral support and vehicle modifications.

Providing new toys for the kids at Prisma Health Children's Hospital in Columbia, SC. We accept new toy donations and also monetary. We will shop for you!
Kind Keeper Adoption
We are an animal rescue and NO KILL shelter. We take in abandoned, unwanted, and surrendered animals as space permits and try to find loving furever homes for them.
GSHS Pet Adoption
GSHS exists to improve the quality of life for animals by providing shelter and care. We focus on finding adoptive homes, providing veterinary care, and further the bond between people and animals.
Military Spouses Care Package
We work toward our goal of providing over one million military families with appreciation care packages to encourage military spouses. Without the support of our donors, we wouldn’t be able to show military families the appreciation they deserve.
Horry County Literacy Council
The Horry County Literacy Council is recognized as a nonprofit organization in Horry County that has made a difference in the reduction of functional illiteracy. Our students are the reason for our existence; our volunteers are the core to their success!
Cancer Heroes of the Carolinas
Cancer Heroes of the Carolinas also helps the children with their morale and also helps the parents, as typically there is not a lot of support for the entire family. It is our mission at Cancer Heroes of the Carolinas to help the whole family battle cancer and heal afterward.
All our services are free, confidential and individualized to the students’ needs. We serve students of all ages, currently our students range in ages of 7-80 years old. We offer specialized, research based programs for children and adults with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia.
Quilts of Valor
Quilts of Valor Foundation is a a volunteer team who would donate their time and materials to make a quilt. One person would piece the top and the other would quilt it. I saw the name for this special quilt: it was Quilt of Valor, a QOV. The message of their dream is: Quilts = Healing.
Shriners Hospitals for Children is a network of 22 medical facilities across North America. Children with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip are eligible for care and receive all services in a family-centered environment, regardless of the patients' ability to pay.
2 Live Beyond
The 2LiveBeyond Initiative is a 501(c)(3) organization that focuses on the care of disadvantaged children whether due to illness or poverty that live both in the United States and abroad.
GS Sports Association
The purpose of our program is to create the leaders of tomorrow. By exposing our participants to a wide range of activities we will let them see life’s possibilities of the future if they work hard and stay positive.
To observe our city’s military history, Myrtle Beach Military Appreciation Days celebrates those who have served our great nation. The celebration features various free events, including a JROTC Drill Competition, parade and picnic!
SC Shepherd's Table
The Shepherd’s Table is a non-profit in Conway, SC. Guests of our Conway community kitchen are the homeless, working and non-working poor, veterans, and senior citizens, including men, women, children and families. Your donations enable us to continue providing nutritious meals and provide emergency assistance.
Coastal Univ. Teal 1000
TEAL 1000 is a new endowed scholarship fund created to allow area individuals and businesses to show their support and appreciation for Coastal by making an annual investment of $1,000. All TEAL 1000 donations go into an endowed fund and the interest supports scholarships for students from Horry and Georgetown counties.

Churches Assisting People is an organization providing assistance to Horry County. To assist members of our community experiencing crisis with basic needs, in an environment of compassion, dignity and respect. To assist and change the lives of others in our community by provide necessary resources.
Peabo N Woolie
The mission of the Peabo n Woolie Foundation is to educate, heal and empower survivors of abuse, bullying and intolerance and to shed light into the darkness that surrounds these issues. We facilitate emotional healing through fitness, education and pet therapy.
Look Good Feel Better
A service teaching beauty techniques to people with cancer to help manage the appearance-related effects of cancer treatment. The program includes skin lessons, cosmetics, wigs, accessories and styling, helping people with cancer to find some normalcy in a life that is by no means normal.
Hugs For Horses
The mission of Hugs for Horses Riding Program is to transform the lives of people with disabilities through effective, safe, and joyful therapeutic and recreational horseback riding and horse experiences, without regard to ethnicity, gender, religion, or ability to pay.

We dedicate our time and energy to give those with special needs and their families a chance to spend time together in a setting that allows the special needs individual to feel normal. All of the fun activities are geared toward the individual, so that they can just be themselves and enjoy a day dedicated solely to them.
Eastern Carolina Homeless Organization
Our vision is to create opportunities for people in our community experiencing a housing crisis to find a place they can call home. Individuals and families experiencing homelessness to permanent housing without preconditions and barriers to entry, such as sobriety, treatment or service participation requirements.

Bold & Beautiful Wigs for Cancer, Inc is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charity group organized to provide social support and services to those undergoing treatment for cancer.
