Everyone is so friendly and nice, genuinely concerned about your visit and work hard to make make sure you are taken care of. Mike is the best. After the service on Friday, I hit a dog with the side front on Saturday. Monday I drove back to the dealership to order parts, Steve the parts manager took care of everything, even went out to my vehicle and got down on his knees to make sure everything looked ok and all parts were needed after ordering parts on Monday the parts arrived on Tuesday. This might be normal for GM dealerships but I can say I'm very impressed with Mike and Steve. I don't know what y'all are paying them but you definitely need to increase their pay before your competition hires them away!
The service tech, Michael Bomgardner, was great. We had to get a replacement engine for our 2014 GMC Denali and it took 8 weeks to do but Mike totally kept us informed and quarterbacked the entire effort to get this done. He did a great job!

(Tech.)for their professionalism with getting me on the road….. everyone I had spoken too at the dealership was also very friendly and courteous …. Had car fixed. They did a good job.
I was recently in a wreck two weeks ago and my insurance Geico, recommended Hadwin-White Collison Center to take care of my repairs. Im not familiar with body shops around here so I sent it there. From beginning to end, it was a seamless and easy process. Bob was very helpful and lighthearted when I came in and made sure everything was taken care of. Once my car was dropped off, I received a notification that let me keep up with my process. Once the inspection was done, I was provided with pictures, an estimate of the cost, and a detailed list of everything that was going to be replaced. I was sent a notification almost every other day keeping me updated with the repairs. Brittany also called and let me know what was going on and gave me a date to when it would be done. The car was done 3 days before the given date which was a wonderful surprise. I picked the car up, and did have to return it the following Tuesday because my air wasn't charged correctly but it wasn't a big deal to get that fixed. Bob got me an appointment the next day and even offered a rental while the work was being done. I ended up only being there for 45 minutes and I was good to go. Brittany and Bob were very personable and helpful. I will definitely recommend Hadwin-White Collison Center to anyone for their car needs!
Great People to Deal With and Friendly Staff
Took my car to the body shop after a crash in severe weather. I’ve only been living down here for two years, and already had two crashes where I’ve had to take it to the shop. Went to a body shop in March in myrtle and they kept my car for 5 months was quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. This experience however was the complete opposite and very refreshing. They had my car for no more than 3 weeks. Kept amazing communication with updates on the car throughout the week, very very friendly shop guys and front desk lady. Was never left stressed or wondering when my car would be done. Pretty sure they even gave me new brakes because the car drives beautifully. Thanks Hadwin!!! Recommended to everyone
I can’t speak for the car sales, but the service department and manger there was fantastic. We were traveling on a vacation to the beach when the thermostat on our car started sticking. We called their service department that afternoon and they immediately assisted with everything we needed via phone and set us up for an appointment on the day we were leaving. The service manager was very knowledgeable, understood exactly what was going on with the car, and even mentioned the car should be under the factory power train warranty. How many service departments would even do that? We stopped in on the last day we were heading home for vacation and they fixed the problem quickly. We traveled home safely and with no issues! This place was very professional, courteous and classy. Thanks again for all your help and much appreciation!
