Hadwin White Buick/GMC has been serving the Conway and Myrtle Beach communities since 1986 when Gary Hadwin made the move with his family from Mount Airy, NC to the beach. Mr. Hadwin grew up in the automobile industry as his father owned an engine remanufacturing plant as well as a chain of parts stores so by the age of 8 he would head to work after school and find himself covered in grease after an afternoon of building engines. Gary’s passion for cars fueled his desire to make a career as a car dealer. He went on to manage car dealerships in North Carolina and Georgia before forming Hadwin White Buick/GMC. Mr. Hadwin has always taken a personal interest in all facets of the dealership with the goal of making sure that all customers are satisfied in all areas and that their car buying or service experience is as pleasant as possible. It is for this reason that Hadwin White Buick/GMC went on to build one of the largest body shops in the state in order to meet the growing service demands of our customers. In addition, Hadwin White Buick/GMC has an automated car wash that was installed to exclusively serve our customers.

Gary’s daughter Jordan Hadwin joined the team in 2007. She completed the dealer successor program offered by the National Automotive Association in 2010 and became General Manager of the Buick/GMC and Subaru franchises in 2012. She became the Dealer Principal in 2026. She believes in continuing to bring to life daily a family-dealership experience to our valued customers. With a focus on long-term relationships built on trust and dependability. Often found in the dealership with Bella her French bulldog, lovingly known as Nacho. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Georgia and loves living in the South. She serves as LMA ad group president for the local GM market and also serves on the board of the SC Auto Dealer Association.
